Approximately 300 acres of wooded ridges and hollows of which 90 is hardwoods containing lots of White Oak and Red Oak acorn trees and approximately 10 Pine thickets. Farm borders the Tennessee Wildlife Refuge along the north and east boundaries. The refuge is 4,000+ acres and gives this farm complete protection against any development. This also allows you to hunt 4400+ acres. The refuge allows bow hunting for deer and spring turkey hunting through the week. This part of the refuge is a very long walk for anyone else, for this reason there is little hunting pressure.
Farm features 9/10 of a mile of road frontage on New Hope Rd, 2000 sqft lodge, nine enclosed deer stands with Coleman heaters, approximately 20 acres of food plots containing White Tail Clover, Winter Wheat and rotation of corn, milo and soybeans. Year round spring beside lodge, 12 acre spring fed lake stocked with Florida strain Large Mouth Bass, Hybrid Bluegill, Catfish and Crappie.
