This tract is bordered on the east side by a large managed tract containing 1000+ acres, 300 acre managed tract to the north and more big hardwoods to the east. Lots of crop ground to the south and west. Todd county has always produced good genetics and this tract is no exception.
Entering the farm you are heading west down a ridge that runs to the southwest corner with a major hollow that runs north and south feeding into bordering crop ground. There are two good cedar thickets just above this crop ground. These thickets are located just off the side of two main ridges running north and south with lots of white oaks right up to the edges.
