I cant say enough about this farm when it comes to a great buck farm as well as a turn key farm. There are more rubs than you can imagine and beat into the ground trails going in all directions. This farm serves as a big funnel for the area as well as where all the deer in this area want to live due to the cover. There are crops on all sides and adjoin on the eastern and western boundaries. There is excellent bedding from front to back, tons of browse, white oak and red oak acorn trees and food plots in perfect locations. The rubs and trails are from the front to back and from one side to the other with trails you just have to see to believe. The stands are all in obvious as well as proven locations. The camper is a 30' terry with slide out, septic system, oversized permanent metal rood with graveled area and all wiring ran to generator in insulated box inside 10 x 10 storage shed. Storage shed has a 300 gallon water tank with line in ground running to camper and a sink to clean up. Farm comes with a 2610 yanmar tractor and all implements for food plots. The same family owns on 3 sides of farm and are excellent neighbors that MANAGE as well. All the bucks but one in the pictures were killed by sellers wife and daughter and the seller has passed on numerous bucks of this caliber.
