This is definitely "a diamond in the rough" in the heart of big buck country and the topography is ideal for hunting. The area in general is beautiful and the neighboring farms are all well kept and managed for trophy bucks  The cabin is off the grid, located along a rock creek and is wired for a generator. It does need some work but in my opinion is definitely worth trying to preserve. It has rough cut cedar siding and metal roof. There is also an 1800's constructed barn located in one of the creek bottoms that is really unique as well. Would make an excellent enclosed tower stand over looking isolated food plots and creek. The overall terrain consist of spring fed creeks, main ridges and hollows, fingers, saddles, draws, funnels and isolated food plots. Lots and lots of rubs and old scrapes as well as turkey scratching just about anywhere you look. I personally can vouch for the turkey population, there are a lot of gobblers here! Some of the timber was select cut 25 to 30 years ago which created excellent bedding, lots of browse and turkey nesting habitat. Timber man says there is approx $350k in timber value to the land owner on a 16" select cut at this time. He also says in 10 to 15 years that this value could double, either way the timber makes this farm an excellent investment. This is one of those you cant fully appreciate until you see in person so call me to come see.
