This farm has always been known as the green farm which was established in the 1800's. Farm was bought approx 15 years ago by a group out of texas and was going to be developed into a golf course and subdivision. This group developed approx 100 acres of the original 1800ish acres. They did cut in a lot of dirt roads as you can see in the aerial, this created an excellent interior road system for accessing all 900 acres. There are some white gravel roads as well as some paved in the interior. All are private with no access or easement by anyone else. This is a big plus because you can access almost all stand locations by vehicle so you dont have to spook anything going in or coming out. The genetics in this area are as good as anywhere in ky. The bucks in the pictures all came from this farm over the last several years. The area in general is heavily cropped and the farm adjoins crop ground on 2 sides. It also adjoins the rough river along the western boundary which is where it adjoins the porter farm. There have been several trophy bucks killed on the porter farm as well. Big main ridges and hollows of hardwoods, creek bottoms, river bottoms, fingers, saddles, draws, excellent bedding, heavily cropped area and food plots. Between the porter farm and this farm there are approx 1700 acres of managed ground with abundant food supply including good mass crop as well as crop ground. This is what it takes to grow, hold and kill trophy bucks and have plenty of long beards. Good buy on this farm and it has approx $800k in timber value that is appreciating every year.
